Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2015

Registration Fee:

• The registration fee for The Next Genius Scholarship Program is ₹700.

• This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

Profiling & College Selection Form Submission:

• After registration, students must complete the Profiling & College Selection Form by November 2023.

• The form requires students to create a one-minute video showcasing their critical thinking skills.

• There is no refund available for any part of this process.

College Allocation and Interview Reservation:

• Students will be allocated colleges by November 2023 based on their preferences, critical thinking videos, demonstrated interest, and profiles.

• To confirm their acceptance of the allocation and reserve an interview spot, students must make a fully-refundable deposit of ₹4000 online.

• The ₹4000 deposit is refundable only after the student participates in the scholarship interview.

• If a student reserves an interview spot but fails to submit a complete college application or participate in the interview, the full amount of ₹4000 will be forfeited.

 

Cancellation by The Next Genius Scholarship Program:

• The Next Genius Scholarship Program reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any part of the program due to unforeseen circumstances.

• In the event of cancellation by the program, students will be notified and provided with further instructions.

Policy Updates:

• The Next Genius Scholarship Program reserves the right to revise the Refund and Cancellation Policy without any prior notice.

• It is the responsibility of the participants to stay updated with the policy changes.
