We're looking for a Program Manager for Next Genius Summer School Scholarships. The program manager is a mid-level role and will

• Connect with high schools, educators and counselors and schedule sessions and meetings with them to share about our programs and initiatives.

• Build a strong database of prospective families and students and help them connect with the extraordinary opportunities available for them.

• Follow up with the students who apply for our programs and take them to the next steps.

• Carefully create plans for outreach and application tracking and execute them.

• Create bulk emails, WhatsApp and social media campaigns.

• Provide all the updates to the management in a timely manner.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys planning, sales and marketing. Someone who enjoys speaking with new people will also enjoy this role. You would be a good fit if you work systematically, have a knowledge of stretegising, building the sales funnel and outreach. A basic knowledge of Google Sheets is also desirable. If you are have a couple of years of experience, and willing to work dedicatedly towards a fulfilling career, then we would be a great-place-to-work for you.
